CS

Looking back, my Computer Science degree at CSU Sacramento turned out relatively well. Though, there are some things I would have done completely differently.

From wikipedia: Computer science is the study of algorithmic processes, computational machines and computation itself. As a discipline, computer science spans a range of topics from theoretical studies of algorithms, computation and information to the practical issues of implementing computational systems in hardware and software.

Computer Science and Software Engineering are not the same

As far as this difference goes, you can think of Computer Science as a branch of mathematics. Software Engineering, on the other hand, being able to use programming languages, tools and frameworks in order to build actual software for the end user.

Before you begin your journey, you mustk take Harvard Intro to CS. Everybody recommends it and so will I.
